The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly during check-in (they provided useful local tips). I received a complimentary room upgrade, a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location near the central station made transportation very easy.

The noise from outside was quite noticeable even on a higher floor. The bathroom fan was also quite loud and disruptive.

The hotel provides complimentary water upon arrival and also provides a ticket for free use of local public transport during the entire stay. The lobby includes comfortable seating areas, available to relax and work.

I found the location excellent (right by the train station). The staff was really helpful . I received a complimentary public transport pass, a nice perk. The breakfast offered a very good and varied selection of foods.

The curtains did not completely block out light, made sleeping a little difficult.
